PERSONAL INTERESTS I have many interests, but I think that my Photography tops my list...I like to take pictures of scenery, clouds, and sunsets...then I like baseball, swimming, going for long walks, and gardening. I like to spend time with my family, and "goof off" with my daughter. I love to listen to country music, and enjoy some bluegrass, easy listening and the oldies also. I do happen to play guitar, and "try" to sing. I enjoy writing letters, and playing on the computer. I like to make crafts,also.I like to sit out on my deck listening to Natures sounds. I like to watch Western Movies, and romance...I love chatting on ICQ, and Paltalk, and meeting new people. Actually, I have lots of interests...these are just a few. 
This is the "HOMESTEAD" I call it. My parents raised 4 children in this house. My brother Grant, and 2 sisters, Linda and Susan. All the grandchildren practically lived here when Mom and Dad were still living..Both are gone now, but I live here, and I enjoy it. Its surrounded pretty much by evergreen trees, and the River is just a stones throw away...A beautiful spot. The peace and quiet make up for the hard, harsh winters here. Its nice just to sit out on my deck, and listen to natures sounds... Theres "NO PLACE QUITE LIKE HOME" ...

I have always enjoyed sports...from Hockey, to Baseball, and even watching the Olympics on TV. One of my all time favorite idols was Bobby Hull...The Golden Jet of the Chicago Black Hawks...#9...After 25 yrs. of him being my favorite sports celebrity, I finally met him in person. Even had my pic taken with him. It was one of the most memorable times for me.
Another time, was seeing 'ALAN JACKSON' perform at the NY State Fair in 1998. WHEW! He was super...What more can I say??? Also, seen Conway Twitty, Crystal Gayle, and The Good Brothers...enjoyed all of them. 
This pic is what I call "my classy pic" as u won't see too many of these on here :) I am more a blue jean girl, but this pic certainly has drawn many, many comments.

As I said in my intro, I trained as a RNA, but unfortunately developed Arthritis at a young age. I did work in Nursing for 13 yrs. before I had to give it up.
Arthritis is a disease of the joints...it can cripple, and cause severe joint problems. I have had it for going on 23 yrs, as of 2001 but I have been lucky, I got professional treatment right away, and if not for that, I wouldn't be as good as I am right now. A good outlook, and positive attitude helps also. Don't let it get to u, as there are alot worse out there than we are. At present, I am taking a computer repair course, so hope to get involved with that later on. Also, love to do design...
